What is Pump Up?

Pump Up is just like a pit-stop to re-fuel. Track your usage online through your Account Manager Console, you can buy a data package and be speeding off again within a couple of minutes. And it's cheap, from half a cent per megabyte.

New Connection

Connection charge $99.95. Bring your own modem, service charge for Ace to configure your modem $38.50. Purchase a new modem from Ace, configuration is included. Need additional help with the installation, site visit charged at $132.00. Fee applies to single work station installation, other requirements standard service charges apply.

What if I'm under a contract somewhere else?

Ace is often able to save you money even if you break your contract. It's worth calling to discuss and we'll provide a FREE churn for all bundled services.

Majority of support can be efficiently handled over the phone, when more than a phone call is required we provide Remote Hands support @ $38.50 per 15 minutes, or a technician can arrange a site visit, standard service charges apply.

Service Details

Provision of 8 email addresses, 2 mailboxes. Standard email virus & spam protection included. Web based email facility, access your mail world wide. Speed example: 256/64 is 256kbps download and 64kbps upload. Actual speeds may vary and no service guarantees are provided, see our statistics currently providing 99.9% service availability. Dial backup services are offered as product options. Prices quoted include GST.

Contract Details

Contract Period is 24 Months. Terminate plan and / or churn away under 24 months value of remaining contract period is payable. Existing customer and you would like to change to a new package, same speed $55 / change in speed $66. New contract period commences with each change.

Payment Details

Service only available by Credit Card or Direct Debit. No administration fees for this facility. Services are payable in advance on the 15th of each month. Pump Up packages, Remote Hands support, connection, hardware, site visits payable on completion by nominated payment method. Decline of Credit Card / Direct Debit $16.50 per instance. It is the responsibility of the customer to advise Ace when you have changes affecting payment. Service is suspended when payment is declined.
